What the School of Management-Marketing and Romanian-American University (RAU) do every year, is to transform the lives of students, create new knowledge, support business and professions and contribute to the global progress of society. Further improving quality will remain vital to our success and is what drives the people who work at our university and attracts the students whose lives will be enhanced through their experience here. The School of Management-Marketing plans to grow, with a firm guiding principle of ‘quality growth’, by maintaining or increasing the quality of educational experience, research excellence and overall effectiveness. Our existing strengths can be leveraged through strategic alliances with successful organizations, companies and experts at the leading edge of business, research and development.
The School of Management-Marketing of the Romanian-American University will nurture its existing partnerships and seek new ones, including those across the private sector and the business community, where we already have a significant profile. In an effort to maintain the current upwards trajectory for the School of Management-Marketing in education quality and student experience, we began the development of “Event Month”, to provide an educational experience that equips students with the knowledge, skills and attributes to be employable globally and to have a positive impact on the companies they choose. Our firm belief is that the academic environment must be open to dialogue, a mediator between students and employers, a media for innovative ideas which can determine a sustainable progress of the institutional and business environment of Romania. To this end, the School of Management-Marketing has organized a series of seminars, conferences, round tables, industry open days and other events to give students and business environment representatives insights into key areas of research and allow professionals to contribute to important discussions about new discoveries and key social, economic and policy issues.

The event took place on the 21th of November 2017, during 15:00-16:30, in the Senate Hall, 1st floor, C Building, at the Romanian-American University Campus.
The students discovered what the meaning of creativity is. Even they were in love with math or arts, they undestood that the creative side makes them powerful in conuntless ways.

Our guests were Mihaela Nicola – HR Manager and Eugen Levinta, Sales Account Handler at P&G Romania.
The event took place on Monday, 28th of November 2017, during 11:30-12:50, in the Room 117, 1st floor, B Building, at the Romanian-American University Campus.
The students understood the thinking-behind the tests implemented as a recruiting step in top companies. They have become familiar with the employing testing process by Reasoning Test.
